Photography by Sara Pinheiro This project looks into the wild, edible flora on the edges of river Tagus and wider region of Lisbon in search for regenerative flavour possibilities. Working with local experts and a plethora of educational, cultural and food-focused partners, Lisbon Spice Rack seeks to propose an entry point into what might be a regenerative approach to everyday eating.
